If you cannot perform physical activity for medical or disability reasons, or because your pre-exercise BG level exceeds 250 mg/dL, participate as you can. Remember: for each person that shares their Big Blue Test experience on this site between Nov. 1 and Nov. 14, a person with diabetes in need will get life-saving supplies.
